The holidays are upon us and like it or not, that shopping list needs to get done.  If you are wondering what to get everyone this year, why not gift them with items to keep them clean and smelling great?  Sound weird?  We guess it does when you say it like that.  But the thing is, handmade soap has become so popular and widely accepted and they just make great gifts for everyone.

Think about the people in your life that you must buy for this year.  From teacher’s gifts to the mailperson to Aunt Sue and Cousin Larry.  Stocking stuffers and hostess gifts, handmade soap is a great gift on so many levels for so many occasions and so many different people.  Stock up on it and have it on hand, at the ready for unexpected guests or invites.  At Shmutzies, we offer so many kinds of soap and other bath and beauty products that you are sure to find something for everyone on your list.

If you have children, think about the gifts you must buy for the people in their lives.  The people who help educate and protect your children.  Soap is a great idea.  It’s beautiful, you can package it nicely, and everyone uses it!  You can get a bar of soap, wrapped with a nice card and perhaps a gift card as well, and your kid’s teachers and coaches are done.

Create a Soap Basket!

Have you been invited to some holiday parties and open houses this year?  Sure, that bottle of wine or candy is a great touch but what if the host or hostess doesn’t drink or is watching what they eat?  Everyone uses soap, so why not?  You can get them some nice soap that they can display in their guest bathroom and this way, everyone can enjoy it.

Don’t forget the babysitter, dog walker, mailperson, and anyone else that helps you out during the year.  You may not want to spend a lot of money and with soap, you don’t have to.  It’s still a thoughtful and beautiful gift to give without spending a ton.

Do you have a single friend or two?  Get some calming, relaxing scented soap with a nice pair of slippers or pajamas and your shopping for friends is done!  The possibilities on who to buy soap for are endless.  While you are at it, pick up some for yourself because after the holidays are over, you are going to need it!

If you have thought about gifting soap this holiday season, give Shmutzies a try.  But get started now because time is running out!  If you want to show your loved ones how much you care, give them the gift of soap for the holidays.  They will thank you.

Get Shmutzies this year for everyone on your shopping list!
